TRAINING COURSE ATTENDEES AND ATTENDANCE
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
The franchiser will provide a pre commencement of business training session that the franchisee must attend at [his or her] own expense. The date, time and place are to be determined by the franchiser and will take place prior the franchisees opening. Upon such time that franchisee should employ a manager other than [himself or herself] than franchisee promises to send at [his or her] own expense that manager to same such program of training.
